I used this garage for an MOT.
I initially found this garage competitive and local.
On arrival, I pulled up onto the forecourt infront of the reception and checked in. A guy came out and expected my vehicle prior to putting the vehicle onto the ramp, and entering the vehicle into the garage. He explained that the dangling air fresheners that all vehicle cleaners leave hanging on your dashboard was hanging in my vision. I was in disbelief as for many many years these air fresheners are constantly hung from your mirror? Right? But non the less I took his advice, I removed the string air freshness prior to my vehicle being put onto their ramps within the station.
I collected my vehicle after the MOT, only to find they had put onto my MOT certificate, that I had obstructions on my dash, due to the air fresheners (I had removed them prior to crossing the MOT station don't forget)
The inspector put this matter onto my advisory note that he submitted to the DVLA.
I was furious to say the least.
I was assured by the customer service team when I called them that the matter would be looked into, I gave them the ten days they assured me would enough time to come back with feedback.
Almost two months later, im still awaiting why you would stitch up customers. If I came in with a flat tyre and inflated it before you put it on the ramp, would you put it on the advisory note?
Don't use. Better treatment and better value elsewhere.
